Returns

Not in love? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items should be unworn with the original tags attached.

To start a return, email hello@hugmoor.com with your order number. We'll send you return instructions.

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived faulty or damaged. In that case we cover return shipping and can send a replacement or a full refund.

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
