Pre-order policy

Pre-order items are paid in full at checkout and ship in about 30 days from the date you order.

You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it ships for a full refund. Just email hello@hugmoor.com with your order number.

If the expected ship date changes, we'll email you right away with the new date. If it no longer works for you, you can cancel for a full refund.

When your order ships, you'll receive tracking by email.
